      Hi guys,

      We are very happy to announce a new dual-stick shooter coming soon, exclusively for iPad: "Infinity Field."

      Infinity Field is being developed by ForzeField Studios, the developer of AbstractWar 2.0.

      Some people are asking us if Infinity Field is "AbstractWar HD."

      We started the development of an HD version of AbstractWar 2.0 several months ago, but decided to cancel this project and start developing a more ambitious shooter. We strive to create a new benchmark in dual-stick games for iPad with a new graphics and physics engine — There are THOUSAND of new possibilities.

      Chillingo will soon release more awesome information about Infinity Field, and I am sure you will be very happy ;)

      So whats the difference

      This looks klike Abstract wars HD 2.0 How is it different aside from the name? personally I am dissapointed they scrapped an ipad version of abstract wars. i was looking forward to that.

That wasgoing to be real competition for Geometry wars and even pew pew 2. Anyway this one looks good too. I think it is Abstractwar hd with a different name.:) I look forward to its release.Domyou need beta testers?

      AbstractWar HD was cancelled to create a more ambitious shooter, Infinity Field will compete with Geometry Wars and all available shooters.

      Chillingo will soon release more awesome information about Infinity Field.
      You should trust me, Infinity Field will be much better than AbstractWar 2.0 :D

      After the release of Infinity Field, we will release an update for "AbstractWar 2.0" improving the performance. 60 FPS in all devices!!
      Currently AbstractWar 2.0 runs at 45 FPS in the iPhone 3G.

      We have no plans to release AbstractWar as a universal app, sorry

      INFINITY FIELD will be the smoothest dual-stick shooter in App Store.
      Amazing HD visuals running at 60FPS !!!

      I am preparing a release candidate version, so the release will be very soon, but I don't know the day exactly :(
