saw this on hacker news a few days ago and I think the first reply there is pretty insightful. http://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=4938054 Without going into specifics, I know other cases like this where someone made a bundle off a highly recognized name. Unfortunately in other cases, those words were trademarked so they had to be pulled eventually.
Sure that good keywords can help, but you'll also find many many many apps with "Montessori" in the title + keywords that don't meet such a huge success...
