    holy cow!! I want this game so bad. there are so many impressive aspects of Zombox!

    I'm hoping to release a beta version (using the Unity web player, so it can be played in your browser) in the next couple of months.

    Then I'm aiming for a spring release of the full game onto the app store.

    Awesome. Quick question about the web player, is there any way to use something like unity remote to control the game?

    The controls are setup to be as natural as possible for all platforms I'm doing a release on.

    WASD to move, click mouse on screen to aim, click buttons to interact :)

    This week in Zombox development I finished modeling the building interiors:

    This week in Zombox development:

    1) Items can be scavenged from various props in the environment using the new interaction system.

    2) New food items have been added. These will boost health when eaten.

    This game has the potential to be huge. Dare, I say, Game Dev Story or Minecraft huge.

    So long as its polished, fun and addictive.

    I'm loving the quirky nature of everything I'm seeingon display. If this has been asked,I apologize:

    Universal or an iPad build in the works?

    This looks like it's going to be awesome. Sandbox game + zombies just sounds great. Nice work dev, keep it up and thanks for staying in contact with fans. :)

    Looks great. It would be neat if the character could be more of an avatar type. You have the default look and then instead of just skins you could customize the eyes/head/mouth/color/hair/etc. I find it helps the player to be a bit more connected to the game.

    i second this! but make your clothing options be drops. if you want your avatar to have an afro or a certain hat you have to find it by playing the game.

    Good ideas....a more robust character customization system (gender, bodytype, face details, etc) is planned :)
