Jetpack Joyride and Temple Run [and a few of it's derivatives] are the only freemium games I can stand.

There is NO GAMEPLAY in games like FarmVille. It isn't like Simcity, where to have to carefully choose where you place your buildings, how close to the roads you build your houses, etc.

No matter what you do, the end result is the same. I mean, games like FarmVille and MOBB games are essentially screensavers that some schmucks shell out lots of cash "watching".

    In no order,

    Happy Street
    Pucca's Restaurant
    Fairywoods Patisserie
    Tiny Tower
    Pocket Plane
    Mega Run
    Pocket Frogs
    Temple Run
    Subway Surfers

Some of them I already deleted, but where still a lot of fun!

Searching for free apps is wasting time. Lite version of apps are ok but you’ll probably want to fork out the 99 cents for the full experience :)

Lite versions serve a purpose; they should be considered demos. There are some that have more gameplay than many full games on the AppStore; but I make it a point to delete lite versions whether or not I decide to buy the full game.

Well, for starters, NOTHING from Glu games! Their games are actually pretty fun and have good potential, but they always lose me with the pay-to-win formula. And forget temple run, it's boring and overrated. Here is my list in no particular order:

    Jetpack Joyride
    Dead Trigger
    Major Mayhem
    SAS: Zombie Assault 3
    Tiny Tower
    Snoopy's Street Fair
    No Zombies Allowed

I wanted to like Pocket Planes, I really did, but it didn't grab my attention as much as Tiny Towers did.

  16. play on ipad...
    The Tribez HD
    Clash of Clans

all the rest blow for various reasons...mostly they are obvious money sucking. One's I mentioned can be played without forking over a dime if you got patience and don't have a short temper.

  17. Um, SAS: ZA 3 is not a money sucker.
In fact, you can make it to rank 50 without spending a single dime. That's why, to me, it is the best freemium around. You actually WANT to give them your money.

Good list, even though I paid for Temple Run, Zombie Parkour Runner, Zombie Highway, Jetpack Joyride and Motorheroz (don't regret any of those purchases even though they did go freemium.) I think Frisbee Forever 1&2, Subway Surfers and Major Mayhem are probably the ones I've felt were overly generous in what was given for free. Love Agent Dash because of its sense of progression, but not so much with its "start all the way at the beginning".

Thanks... I paid for all those titles you mentioned too, except for Zombie Highway i think. :)

As for the overly-generous in price to content ratio, I'd add Star Warfare, Solomon's Boneyard and Omegapixel to your list.
