Are there any block game engines out there or would I have to start from scratch? I don't want to make a minecraft clone or anything just a game that uses blocks. Thanks

Depends how many blocks you need to if you need to use chunking or not.

Is your game restricted in a small amount of place or do you require an endless world with infinite blocks.

If you want the larger world you need to redraw the geometry.

The one map I am wanting to make wouldn't be too big at all. Nothing infinite.

well then it would be a simple of matter of just instantiating objects and deleting them as you need. Most engines should handle that out of the box.
