    There is not a single action mmorpg in the app store, I checked. By action I mean no auto aiming and actual hit detection. It would be great to see a game similar to vindictus on the app store. It would make a lot of money because it would be the first of its type.

    There are some online action games, and some action rpgs, and even one online action rpg, but it isn't a mmo because files are saved locally and gameplay is in matches(dungeon defenders).

    Even if it is as simple as a 2d platformer mmo, it would still be a huge thing.

    Deadlocked is pretty close to "actual aiming".

    There are a lot of complications, a lot of us want to make an online MMORPG The main problem is that not many people would buy the game and it would defeat the purpose of making an online RPG.

    It's not easy maintaining a server. Lag would be a major issue and playing between countries might not be easy.

    The game would have to be free, for a decent amount of players. Server costs aren't cheap, and might require a successful game with attractive IAP to maintain costs and feed the developer.

    It would take a major team to finish a game like this. A web developer, a game programmer and artists/sound guys.

    @first post those aren't mmos.
    @second post those aren't action based, with the exception of graal which has no pve content besides killing the same "baddies".
