      I have downloaded some fantastic games for free when they have gone on sale:

      1. Solomon's Boneyard. I downloaded Solomon's Keep to support the dev
      2. Stick Golf. Downloaded Super Stick Golf to support the dev
      3. Ash I suppose is good, haven't played it though.
      4. Mirror's Edge is fun.

      5. But the best game downloaded on sale for free has undoubtedly been Tilt To Live for me.

      I paid $5 for it, but Undercroft is a good fun free RPG.

      But Braid *is* on the Mac Appstore. :) I bought it a couple of weeks ago for $4.99. Great game!

      Epic Dragon - Something about the silence and simplicity brings me back to it.
      Geared and Geared 2

      Babo Crash
      Mega Worm/Super Death Worm
      Anything from Donut games
      Fastar!
      Undercroft
      Rayman 2
      Soosiz

      There are lots more but those are what are on my phone and that I still play with here and there.

      Tilt to Live (superMegaAwesomee!!! when i have the cash i will buy Vivalaturrete=))
      Mega Jump (insanely addictive!!!, why almost anyone talk about this game?)
      Aqueduct 101(QUALITY Game!! seriously great)
      Geared 2 (another quality game, my girlfriend and little cousin love this game)
      Super KO Boxing 2 (punch out!, i havent finished yet :p! but its good)
      Dark Nebula (it made me buy the second one :D)
      The Creeps! (good, but i already deleted it, but it was fun)

      I don't have a single free game in my library so I guess I haven't really gotten anything good. My library contains 553 apps.

      It's not that surprising. I have one free app on my iPod and a handful in my itunes library.

      Oh, I have. I just meant that I haven't ever downloaded one that was actually good since the games that go free that are actually good, I already have. The bad free games I download, I delete instantly. That's why I don't have any in my library.
