      Sorry if this has been brought up before, but I searched and did not find a direct comparison between these two games.

      I have most other TD's including Star Defense, Fieldrunners, sentinal, GeoD, Tower madness, but this would be my first water TD.

      Any thoughts from anyone who has played both?

      they are both good. i enjoy both of them. 7 cities is a masterpiece and sweetwater is damn good. i encourage you to get both. if you are only getting one, you can't go wrong with either.

      7Cities has got less towers (5) and less maps(7) and is 2D
      SWD is 3D, has got 7 towers and 26 maps.

      I like SWD more!

      They are both good, but 7Cities towers interact with each other and all towers have various different upgrade paths. SWD towers do no impact each other and only have one upgrade path.

      But both are worth getting.
