If yes, then the tutorial is not the best thing ever but it's good. It's not interactive for example like in Lords of Waterdeep or Ticket to Ride but then again Neuroshima Hex is not so complex / difficult so that you have to learn many rules, etc. It's simple. Also, for my opinion it's one of these digital games that are better than the physical board games due to scoring which is done automatically and if you have an ipad, it's even better because of the size of the screen.
