    Hey everyone!

We are back again to showcase a brand new game we are helping release from developer team Gamebra.in called Joinz.

Joinz is a clever block sliding puzzle game that on its surface can be described as Tetris meets Threes! but is definitely its own beast once you dive into it.

Using swipe controls, players must arrange blocks on the playing field and “join” them together to create the required tetris style shapes at the top of the screen. As you progress, more colors will be added to the board and only like colors can be joined together.

To help you on your quest for high score supremacy, power ups become available as more shapes are created. There are a variety of power ups that you can use as you see fit, or save for later when things really start to get hairy.

Each move that doesn’t join one block to another introduces a new block onto the playing field. The goal of the game is to try and set as high score as possible and it has all the Game Center integrations you would expect to see.

Joinz has a clean well designed look with an awesome soundtrack. A gameplay trailer showcasing this will be coming soon as well as a release date and pricing. The game contains no in app purchases or timers or anything like that.

Stay tuned for more news regarding a release date and final pricing of Joinz! We are close to submission to Apple so it should be soon!

Yup there are no currencies or lives or anything like that. Basically we are debating free vs paid. If we go paid then that will be it, if we go free odds are there will be ads. In which case we might add an iAP to remove ads like we did with Jupiter Jump and Flappy Golf, but that would be it. Dont have to worry about grinding or paywalls or anything.

Awesome, I hate when games like these have cool powerups that you have to buy in order to use them.

Fantastic! Glad to hear about the pricing :)

Any plans to include a mode where the powerups are chosen for you randomly? I think that would be cool

Ryan_Noodle, is there a thread for Block x 3? I couldn't find one when I searched, and I wanted to say I think it's excellent.

The power ups are not actually random. Each time you level up, you get access to more power ups. Then when you open the gift box, you can choose whatever power up you want to use.

Yes, I know, hence my question whether there's any plans to include a random power up mode ;)

Although theres alot of minimalistic puzzle games coming out lately this one seems to stand on its own with unique gameplay.
