It is time to reveal some details about our upcoming 1.3 update of Bobby Carrot Forever: We are skipping V1.2 and switch to 1.3 (which involves iPhone OS 3.0) directly. V1.3 Features - japanese guest composer "Atsushi Fukai" made 2 music tracks for the game - free levelpack: surreal (difficulty setting: high) - new worldmap - 5 purchase levelpacks on worldmap2 - prepared for further worldmaps, accessible through the train station (buy tickets) - new collectable element (still a secret), no additional golden carrots for now. I have hardly played this, I'm gonna have to start playing! Awesome that you are still adding stuff to a game that seemed complete from the beginning.
i played it up until i got stuck on a level and the website map was different to how the game was. And ive just turned the game on to check what level it was and remembered that i had to take afew games off my ipod inorder to update CarJack Streets because there wasn't enough room to update it. And all the game data has been deleted.
we will have 2 prices. You can choose to purchase a single levelpack or a complete set of a worldmap for a reduced, combined sale price. That´s a real pity. But regarding the new content in 1.3: You can play the new levels without finishing the main game. Yep, it´s time to revisit carrot-land!!
Cool looking forward to this. You guys are quite pro-active on the whole in-game purchasing thing; interested to see how that works out. Meantime, any news of BC classic 3, still a chance of May release ?
So..........we're going to get some free levels in 1.3 but also pay for some more when 3.0 comes out? Sounds reasonable........................
i've always been very deprecative when i heard about in-game purchase for games that weren't even released. i'd never buy any of those games! but bobby carrot forever is a solid, polished game with so many levels and in my opinion a "finished" game. it's one of my favorites at all. an additional levelpack for a finished game? awesome! i payed for a full game and the devs add even one more world. i'd love to see some other devs, that brought us 10-level-games, at least to consider adding more levels and finishing the game! and to those who start beginning to grump: wheres the difference..the option for in-game purchase to get more worlds is imo the same as if they would deliver a whole new bobby carrot version for the appstore. @future777+fdg: thx for the new world, instant purchase for getting new additional worlds!
I may finally now take the plunge for Bobby Carrot as ive been holding off...but now may be the time to buy, with the new levels and all!

Just bought yesterday but glad to see you are updating the game. Loving it and when I finish it I will go for the extra levels. I am curious too about the japanese composer songs
