      Does anyone know of an app that lets you send messages to your game center friends, like in XBL or PSN?

      I have the free chat app, which is great, but sending mail/messages to friends would be even better

      lulwut? Not that i know of. Although it would have been nice if Apple had added this.

      Yeah it would have been really useful ... much better than sending emails/using one of the free texting apps.

      Hint hint, app developers ;)

      I seriously hope Apple include this in a future update.

      It's essential to a social gaming platform!

      I guess people would all start using Game Center to send messages instead of Whatsapp/pingchat/etc!

      Also I can imagine all the phone carriers would be upset about the "free SMS replacement".

      We can all hope though! :)
