Capcom seems to be doing a pretty decent job, bringing some of their games over to the iPhone....however, there is one game that I think would be PERFECT on the iPhone, namely: Okami It was a beautiful and greatly underrated game which did not do so well in the marketplace, when it first came out. What do you think about Devil May Cry 3: Special Edition!?? That would be a great game also. =) I don't know if we'll ever see these come to the iPhone....but one can only hope! After all, Capcom did say that it will be bringing out 10 of their games for this year. What other Capcom games would you want to see on the iPhone??....just curious.
The classic Marvel vs. Capcom. I logged in so many hours on my laptop using the M.A.M.E emulator. So much fun
I wish capcom and disney would hammer out a deal to allow capcom to release their old NES era disney games on the Wii's virtual console and maybe on the app store. I really miss playing Chip and Dale, Darkwing Duck, etc..
Monster Hunter!! Ok so i have actually never played a monster hunter game but they are supposed to be HUGE in asia.
Devil May Cry? Monster Hunter? Street Fighter? Yeah, those games would work AMAZINGLY WELL on the platform.
No offense to some of the suggestions (namely Street Fighter and RE-style games), but you've got to suggest games that make sense with the iPhone controls and graphic capabilities. The two RE games on iPhone now had great controls, but had to remove the majority of what made RE4 great (due to graphics capabilities). They just weren't that exciting. I'd really like to know how they'd port Street Fighter with so many special moves and retain the high quality of their flagship title. Okamiden (or however it's spelled), would be perfect. The controls are already designed for touch-input (if you haven't played Okami on Wii, you're missing out). Several DS games have been ported already, with improved graphics, so I'm sure they'd be able to pull off this one.
Its got to be FINAL FIGHT with Haggar doing his spinning pile drivers! I think it would work well on the iphone...
oh hell yes. that's my personal favorite beat em up of all time too. how badass is it that when the mayor's daughter gets kidnapped, he rips off his business suit and beats their asses himself?
