Shining force or phantasy star 2?

    Both I've heard are really good sega games. I
    I only have 4 dollars left In my iTunes ad was wondering wich one to get, any suggestions?

    They're both good-- I prefer Phantasy Star 2 slightly, although some of the dungeons have not aged well at all.

    Although I normally like jrpgs I actually prefer shining force.. But since it's not sf2, I guess ps2

    ? I didn't know that people have to pay taxes on the app store... is this a state to state/country thing?:confused:

    No sales tax in Oregon! I gather you have not played them before..so without the nostalgia factor to fog your glasses, you will find that these are 2 really passe games bound by the severe limitations of their time. Why not get something else?

    Ah... Sometimes I forget. Sorry dude. To respond to the comment that the games are passe - I guess that I grew up on games like this, and I still prefer 'retro' (not just in looks, but many times in gameplay). I thought both titles were great, but it kind of depends on the generation of gaming you grew up on and your personal tastes. Look up reviews and watch game play videos online. I think that will help.
