Subscribed daily e-mails are not working

Hello all,

I am new to the site, so I have been subscribing to a number of threads using the daily e-mail subscription option and I am not receiving those e-mails.

On a related note, I have subscribed to a couple of other threads using the instant e-mail notification, and that is working great.
