Hi Folks, We're about to release a new game, it's a vertical shoot-em up. We're looking for some testers now, we need the device UDID and an email. Please send your requests to : [email protected]
IMPRESSIVE!!! Btw, you should (ask a forum moderator) to change the thread title to Upcoming bullet hell ... Application sent! (love bullet hell games!)
The itunes connect website just closed its doors until december 29th. I won't be able to add new test users to the list until then. I also need the country you're from, and to make sure I won't forget anyone, please reply here also with -email -device UDID -country The game is free-to-play with in-app purchases, so sending the ad-hoc build is not sufficient, I need to add the test users to a special list with their emails. Shogun is an Universal Binary, so it works at full resolution on the iPad, it also supports the iCade Arcade Cabinet, so if you have an iPad and an iCade, I think it's better to give me the UDID of your iPad! Happy Christmas everyone!
For beta testers, We didn't forget you! We're trying to finish the game and keep you for the final beta phase to have a new look at our game.
I tried the game, it's really great and polished ! (I especially loved the Bullet time effect when you can switch weapons)
Looks awesome. So looking forward to another great bullet hell. You should swing by the Bullet Hell Fanatics forum group if you're looking for seasoned players to test.
Yeah, as with Strivemind, feel free to join the Bullet Hell group to get some feedback. We have players of all skills. But getting feedback from a sorts of players is important though. Based on the screenshot, the only feature I'd like is option to make the screen smaller with dead space on the bottom of the screen (similar to Cave's) so we can have space to move without covering up the ship & bullets. The other options is if there's bomb/firing mode buttons, to have the option to place the buttons on the left or the right side of the screen (or ideally adjustable, but this is a lot more work). Otherwise, looking good.
Thanks for all your messages! We're still working on some details, but the game will be released before the end of the month. Did you see our trailer? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O4LzFRYe-1c Don't worry about the price, you will able to test the game for free. We're quite confident about the addictive potential of the game ;-)
The last build was sent to the a few Toucharcade beta testers. Shogun is now waiting for review on iTunes. It's coming
Nope, it's a classic gameplay with a "real" end (but there is a second loop for the hardcore gamers who are playing to get the highest score).
There is two ways to buy the game: each levels separetely (1$) or the full game, but it's cheaper to get the full game by one iap (2$). it's not a freemium game, it's a one time payment.
Looking forward to this as well. Will it be released whenever it's approved or will there be a specific Thursday-type release?
