NOW LIVE!! - Bullistic is a game you already know. http://itunes.apple.com/app/bullistic/id410442177?mt=8 The gate is open, the bulls have escaped and no china shop is safe. Launch the bulls into the shop to cause as much destruction as you can. Ensure every vase, plate, glass, has been destroyed to run up a damage bill equivalent to that of a natural disaster. Bullistic features fun and familiar physics-based gameplay, hilarious characters and sounds, Game Center leaderboards and achievements, and optimised for Retina Display. Three bulls. So much damage to be done. So much fun to be had. Recognise the gameplay? Hear me out. We are a game development company and you would not believe how many times we have been asked, 'So, can you make us something like Angry Birds?'. It became so frequent, it was hilarious. So we made something like Angry Birds and we are not pretending otherwise. This is why the game is free! Bullistic ships with 5 challenging levels initially. Bullistic will always be a free game, and with your support we will endeavour to release more. Spread the destruction! ++Another free holiday season game from Millipede Creative Development++ From the Melbourne-based game developers that brought you Flinders Ninjas, Millipede want to thank everyone for another great year and wish you all a safe and enjoyable 2011.
A bit too cheeky though, wouldn't you think? Other names we tried were Breakabull, Raging Bull, Terrorbull, Nevermind the Bullocks...beer was involved.
Only 5 for initial release? Will the game have always the black banner under the screen when playing the game? Does the game support Retina and Game Center?
titles Possible alternatives: "Udder Chaos" "Cowabunga" Catch line: "You got beef with them? Moooove out of the way: The world is at steak, and they can't steer"
Good questions! The banner is for ads (yep- sell out, however when you invest 15k - 20k in a joke, some return is good). Bullistic totally supports Game Center and Retina Display. We are starting with five levels. If people download the game, it will be fully supported. We have great ideas for heaps more levels, obstacles, enemies and spring related items for smashing the hell out of things! Might even set up a suggestions forum. However, we don't want to go broke building a game nobody likes - call this an 'introduction'.
Bingo - If the game had PromoCodes you would be getting one! The whole concept is a play on 'bull in a china shop'. You have to smash as much china in the shop as you can by flinging bulls at it. ...And it's really satisfying breaking stuff!!
This looks fun and I love the art style; so I won't have a problem keeping both this and Angry Birds on my iPhone.
Glad you like it! There are a few surprises that we didn't want to give away in the screenshots. One in particular I'm a bit worried APple might find a bit crude... but we'll see. Hopefully you get a good laugh out of it. I'll pass on your kind words to our design team!
