Robot Monster Productions presents This Is Not a Test: A Post-Apocalyptic Prequel. Comic book meets RPG on September 1st, 2013. We challenge you to survive the end of the world as we know it. Create your fate by choosing your own path through the simulation -- the choices you make will unlock new paths in your future. Your selection of skills, the items you scavenge, and the people you bring, will unlock possibilities as you race to survive the doomsday event. This is the first game from a new and innovative publisher bent on reviving the glory of game books, RPGs, and comic illustration. The story is dark and gritty. The artwork: hand-drawn by artist Jeff Edwards. This Is Not a Test will be available on the Apple App Store Sept 1st, 2013 for $1.00.
Some more info There are two main story arcs with many branches within them. Sometimes the branches will intersect with the other story lines, or send you on a tangent from the main narrative. The key is that choices can be revealed or hidden based on whether you've done something in the past, whether you have an item, whether you have a party member with you, or whether you have a skill. Skill-based choices can send you into different pages depending on your degree of success. All these mechanics are hidden in the background. We're also planning on adding branches in response to demands from the player base, making the story something that will evolve even more over time. Here's a quick promo video:

Our primary testing device was an iPhone 4, which is pretty old! Should work fine on an iPod Touch 4G.
Amazing! Liking the game so far man! A lot of cool choices! What skills would you recommend for first time players?
Just stumbled across this, added to my "todo" list. Artwork reminds me a lot of the original Fallouts, great job.
