Tried Ketchapps summer sports. It's not bad, probably serves as a good introductory compendium of playable Olympic Games. There's the official Rio games one I've got to try And a couple of payable ones.
Probably not what you're looking for, but Justin Smith's Realistic Summer Sports Simulator is hilarious and fun.
Just want to say the Netherlands are in the top ten of the medal count on the Olympic Games, it's one of the smallest country's on earth but still in the top ten ha ha.
