What is the most underated games that you have played? These are games that you think didn't get enough attention from review sites or wasn't highly rated enough.
Your right. 421,483 five star ratings is not enough. I demand this be corrected by apple immediately .
Pretty much nothing..everything I've really, really liked have gotten plenty of attention from one site or another at one point in time. The same goes for on iTunes. Mostly everything that deserved it had a week or two of fame before falling off the top charts. Some games stayed.
I thought COD: Z and PvZ were the best zombie games..or at least every review site + iTunes reflects that.
That shit was doing top 50 for weeks back then..not to mention it got 3 frontpage articles from TA..it's a pretty good RTS though, yeah. Red Conquest beats it out though and deserved more attention. It was too hardcore for most players who didn't have a RTS background though. Best RTS on the iOS still in my opinion. I've put many, many hours into StarFront, Red Conquest, LASW, and Warfare Inc, and yeah, RC owns it up. Finally got one. PewPew 2. Best DSS on the iOS, hands down. Finally remembered to get it last night, and just wow. Killer gameplay, awesome soundtrack, spot on controls, 7 game modes, Gamecenter..you really couldn't ask for more. Can't believe it never really got to shine in the AppStore. Same goes for Tilt to Live. It got plenty of coverage on sites, but for some reason, it never really caught on in the AppStore.
Hero of Sparta: Such an awesome hack n' slash, I actually prefer it to the sequel. No one cares about it anymore... You owe it to yourself to pick this awesome game up. Radiant: a VERY underrated game with great pixel graphics and power-ups. If you liked Galaga or Galaxian, Pick this up immediately. Resident Evil 4: Everyone say Zombie infection is better, but they are wrong! This has more levels, more weapons, and a creepy, tense atmosphere that instantly endears itself to you. It's cheaper too. Undercroft: Classic first-person RPG with 20 hours of gameplay and is FREE. Yet no one seems to be buying it. It's FREE!!! Who wouldn't get it?
Hero of Sparta was at the top of the charts for months..it came out 2 and a half years ago..lol wtf. HoS and BiA began Gameloft's successful career on the iOS, and got TONS of reviews by every site about iOS games that existed back then. Radiant...there's really better shmups/bullet-hells out there. RE4: generally considered the most disappointing game Capcom has put out on the iOS. Started off with with nearly no content, and they didn't start updating it with new levels until very recently, when the game has long felt outdated. The controls are terrible. Zombie Infection is better. Undercroft, like The Quest, both had their glory days back then. Most people don't prefer these classic RPGs that are entirely turn-based in any case. They just feel way too outdated.

Never heard of any of them besides Ninjump and Trenches. Both have seen plenty of coverage, been on the top charts for EXTENSIVE amounts of time, and both have excellent ratings from thousands of people. Heck, NinJump is still in the TOP 25. Trenches has been number one on the charts not once, but twice, months apart from each other. Well I've heard of all of them, just never tried any besides those two xP.
mhm the name of this thread is "underrated games"..... CoD Z is AWFUL, slow, sluggish, awful graphics, the controls are even worse... and the price! no no no, complete garbage in my opinion. even BfBC2 is better. PvZ is not even scary, Zombie games are supposed to be scary. try it, Aftermath is the best. the same for RE4, controls, graphics, gameplay, story, everything is below mediocre. IMO. Zombie infection plays more like consoles RE4 than RE4 itself ppl should buy it and see what they've been missing, and then we could get more content...
