Announced today, this is the Riddick iOS game Vin Diesel hinted at during the same interview he announced the planned third Riddick game currently in development for consoles. I'm digging the art style for the cutscenes, and the gameplay itself looks to be quite varied. Riddick games have a good track record (with Escape from Butcher's Bay remaining one of the best movie-inspired video games ever, and a great all-around video game period), so I'm excited for this!
It looks great. I've seen Vin Diesel with this film, and I like it. And now, I'm waiting for this game. Friday, coming quickly, please.

As far as i know there are more paid movie tie ins than free. Some examples: WWZ, Man of Steel, Total Recall, Real Steel (although there's a new one that's free), After Earth, Amazing Spiderman, Dark Knight Rises, Iron Man 2 (as 3 is freemium), Captain America, Thor, etc. The only ones free are usually either runners or town builders. even card collecting games.
