yes they have a partnership with capcom to release those characters, even inside the game you have a "capcom bundle" and on their website the info about it
Oh wow, fair enough. Ryu kind of looks like he was drawn by a 10 year old is why I didn't think it could have been official lol.
There should be copyright infringement and we should avoid any illegal business activities.Anyhow thanks to all here for nice input.
