Spam on TA through PMs?

tinyurl links make me suspicious. especially if they are PM'd

Went to the site and it is a blank page but it has some white text on it. Basically the more times its clicked the more photos the guy that sent them gets to see of this girl. (looked into the page source) so its spam no virus just spam.
