Still works for me, guys. I clicked through the first time and it took me back. Clicked it again and made me enter more details (e.g my name) but no email verification required. iTunes code displayed after that second time.
Try Reload and using the other link https://www.disneyfamilydeals.com/disney-deals then click on {where's my water get the full version free}, then {get it here}, then you should see popup window {login or not a member, Sign Up}

I think they're just as likely to pay attention to that non-legally binding statement as 17 year olds with iPods are to ask their parents permission.
Could use a code if anyone has one. The button is greyed out for me and doesn't work. It's a great game I've played it before.
