The new game doesn't make the first one feel old at all, at least graphics-wise this game looks very similar the first one. Let's hope the gameplay, at least, brings something new to the table. Was expecting a bit more, honestly.
GBWG is definitely way more fun than GLWG. Definitely. It's honestly amazing! It's a bigger, more awesome, funner version of GLWG and it has multiplayer, skirmish and campaign modes.
The unit type. Guys it's really bigger and better in every way possible plus cross-platform multiplayer with in-game friends list and matchmaking or private games.....universal build which allows you to play on your phone then continue your game on the iPad, tablet etc...everything works very smooth and there are a TON of maps for both single player skirmish and multiplayer with more coming later. It's a fantastic value and a great game with strong support from Rubicon.
No it doesn't, but as the devs have said it looks even better than it would with the retina display, with added visual features.
joydiv--thanks for your pathetic input...sheesh. But just to let you know here is a quote from Rubicon: "Had a bit of a revelation here, the iPad (and 4S) versions will support Retina after all." So there you go for all the crybaby "retina" people out there!
Please tell me this has a lower difficulty level. Towards the end of campaign one I got stuck, because it just got too hard. I enjoyed it a lot, but just couldn't progress. Hope the same doesn't happen here.
Pathetic input? Crybaby? Are you okay?? Take some Valium please. You'll feel better. I just said i doubted the game would have looked better without the retina looks, but I was willing to be proven wrong once the game was released. And, if the quote you provide is actually acurrate, it seems the developer must have thought the same thing. Why would they? Are they crybabies too? Stop taking little iOS games so seriously and, most of all, cease with the insults. Even if thats the only way you've found to express your frustrated self.
Man, I've only recently started posting on this forum and I'm already sick of the geeks that wander in here. They take this soo seriously. Nothing less than glowingly positive may be said about anything, otherwise you're anti-developer and responsible for the decline of the whole industry (as I've seen some people write). Don't developers actually deserve to know exactly what their customers are thinking?
Play nice please gents. Just wait until the "it's out now" post goes up and somebody notices it costs 3 dollars AND has iap...
