The winners from last week are IN! In first place, with 47 votes is Ridiculous Fishing! Second place, with 33 votes: Twin Swords. Third place goes to PWN: Combat Hacking, with 16 votes. Congratulations to all the winners! Last week's thread: http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=182134 The first part is nomination where every member can vote up to 5 games to be included in the poll. 10 games with the most nominations will then be added to the poll on Sunday. Poll will remain open until next Wednesday and whichever game has the max votes, will be the GOTW. Please note: 1) Devs cannot vote for their own games. If your game is in the poll, you can't vote. You are free to ask TA forum posters in your game release thread to vote for your game... but please don't post multiple messages about it. 2) This voting is for TA members - no outsiders allowed. If you have to ask someone to create a new account to vote, you're doing it wrong. Notice of this poll will be given in the threads of all nominated games. Additional games that spring up in the next few days will be added to the OP, so no worries. Please wait until Thursday to begin giving nominations - this is so that we can get the majority of games listed before making decisions. Feel free to help out and list games I haven't added yet. I'll post the pending NZ releases to alert the community to them. You can see new games by looking at AppShopper.com and checking the "New" tab. http://appshopper.com/games/new/ Major games out this week: Abalone® Thread Video Chopper Mike Thread Video Dream Tim Thread Video Fetch™ (iPad) Thread Video Kingpin Lanes Thread Video Order & Chaos Duels - Trading Card Game Thread Video Smash the Office Thread Video Snoopy Coaster Thread Video The Wizard Of Oz Game Thread Video Indiana Stone: The Brave and the Boulder Thread Video Nitro™ Thread Ark of the Ages Thread Video Goatup 2 Thread Video Plasma-Sky Thread Video NOKOGI Rider Thread Video Brogue (iPad) Thread Video Poker by Happymagenta Thread Video Thread Video
Plasma Sky came out on Sunday, right? So might want to add that to the OP. For me: Plasma Sky Indiana Stone
Two games I don't think stand much chance of winning, but I want to help them get a bit of recognition: Video Poker by Happymagenta (Thread) Brogue (Thread - Likely to be moved for being in the wrong section, does that break the link?)
Chopper Mike Fetch Goatup 2 Indiana Stone Unmechanical Honorable Mentions: Plasma Sky & Star Wars Pinball
Nameless: the Hackers RPG needs to be on the list. I nominate it and will gladly vote for it. Very nice and original RPG with hacking as its theme. Came out at the end of last week (supposed to be released on March 18, but came out 1-2 days earlier at some places). Other two I'm curious about are FetchTM and Indiana Stone. Had no chance to try those two yet, but pretty sure Nameless would be the winner for me (love RPGs and especially this one's game mechanic ). Also liked Unmechanical, but only played on the PC. So nomination to: Nameless: the Hackers RPG.
Fetch Unmechanical Star Wars Pinball Strategy and Tactics: World War II - would also get a nom but isn't on the list.
GoatUp 2 (Minter Magic) Indiana Stone (Tilt done good) Plasma Sky (a shot in the arm) Not an IAP in sight this week.
Syn, not sure if this is a rhetorical question. If not the answer is Yes you should give Indiana Stone a go.I was reluctant at first thinking this is a fairly slow week and everyone is saying how good this game is by default (due to the slow wk). Boy was I wrong. This is alot of fun, behind the back runner (tilt control done flawlessly). It looks great, there's alot of positives.
