We upload our game to google play. It has in-app purchases. When we load the game from China we get this error message. Error: Problem setting up in-app billing: labResult: Error checking forbilling v3 support. (response: 3:Billing Unavailable)h What does this mean?
I didn't realize this is a unique error message. Has anyone experienced this before? Does anyone know how to fix it?

The solution should be there but we still have not solved it. Maybe it has something to do with us being in China. We launched in China and have all of the features of Google and iTunes but we have one thing more and that is previous results that far exceed what we ever did with both of the other companies. So in some respect what is a bad thing seems to be working out for the good and has put us in reach of an opportunity that we would not know about had we totally depended on the traditional markets.
Google in-app is still a problem. We uploaded to Apple and so far no problem We uploaded to a number of China companies and so far no problem and after a few hours a few of them approved our game with in-apps. h
