The most romantic place I’ve been was at the Fuji Island in a place call Turtle Island, it was a magical place looking at the blue lagoon during the day. Everything was romantic from the food and exotic fruits; I will never forget that place, Paris in my own opinion is not the most romantic place any more it’s just full of people there is no a feeling of a "getaway feeling". On the Leeward coast of Oahu there is a secluded beach most tourists never find. Although it is right off a main road, you need to climb down a steep cliff to reach it...and few people do. It is the most beautiful beach in Hawaii, but it doesn't have a name. Some people call it Eternity Beach because the final scene of the movie "From Here to Eternity" was filmed there. The locals just call it Cockroach Cove. It is surrounded by steep cliffs on three sides and the water rushes in, slamming against the cliffs before it creeps up onto the beach. Giant sea turtles swim in the waters, sometimes rolling upside down in the strong currents before they come ashore to rest on a slippery rock. The waters are turquoise, the sand bleached white from the sun. On a clear day you can see the other islands on the horizon. It is the most beautiful place I have ever seen, and the most romantic place I have ever been...and it doesn't even have a name... (Oh, I almost forgot...I have an iPad, but I am more interested in going to Rome! )
Goa, India is known for Beaches, Booze & a Bacchus Nightlife. But when we decided to try something different and get off the beaten path, Goa was one of our prime destinations. We had heard of this isolated stretch of private beach - pristine, quiet and virtually unknown. It was wonderful. The sand is white and warm and you can laze around all day. The sun always shines but is not too hot, and the water is clear with hardly any waves. A great place to just relax, talk and chill. Paris, Rome, Venice, Bonn - all great, been their done that - but give me the simple, aesthetic beauty of this beautiful beach any day. We have beautiful, cherished memories and hope to go their again someday. Thanks for the wonderful giveaway! It brought back so many good memories I already feel like a winner!
