Well I'm pretty new here and this is my first ever thread, but if you had to choose just one (maybe two, three tops please) games that are simply your favorite then what would they be? Mine is probably Solipskier, Jetpack Joyride or Fruit Ninja Cheers
All the kairosoft games are very addictive and very hard to stop playing. Infinity Blade, Real Racing 2, Galaxy on Fire 2 and Rage HD are good to show off and pretty decent games as well. Sorry that's more than 3 but it's hard to choose between them.
Jetpack Joyride at the moment. Haven't found a better yet.... but there are some honorable mentions like Cut the Rope, Monsters Ate My Condo..
Yeah I know what you mean. I'm kinda a more casual gamer on my iPod because I usually just can't be bothered to play games that require lots of grinding on my iPod. I prefer endless games that you can just pick up at anytime. I agree with RAGE HD and Infinity blade is pretty good but I'm more of a gameplay rather than graphics guy and Infinity Blade is not that fun in terms of gameplay. I love game dev story and grand prix story but the other kairosoft games I didn't really like.
Yeah Jetpack Joyride is really good, can't decide if I love it more than Fruit Ninja though! What level are you? I'm 89 with 5 prestiges and need one more level to 6 lol. If you liked that you should try Solipskier it's got a really nice but simple art style, great framerate and excellent gameplay.
The iOS dead space is pretty good and Dead Space 2 on Xbox is my third fav game ever and PvZ is great but by Ascension I'm guessing you mean that card game but I must say I cannot stand card games. It is the only genre that nobody could ever make a game I like in. Sorry
I have some endless tastes, so here goes my list: 1. Tilt to Live 2. Jetpack Joyride 3. Monsters Ate My Condo Best games ever for iOS, in my opinion And some honorable mentions, "story" driven games, had a lot of fun: EDGE EDGE Extended Cut the Rope
Grand Theft Auto:Chinatown Wars,the only game which I played for quite some time in my iPod Touch 4g.
Can't help it, but Jetpack Joyride by far! Taking a break from it now, but I see myself playing it more with future updates or just for the fun of it.
I think it would be next to impossible for me to name just one game. I can, however, give a list of some of my favorites by genre. Casual Collision Effect/Snuggle Truck/Rip Off Arcade Pac Man CE/Forget Me Not/Hard Lines Match 3 Monsters Ate My Condo/Piyo Blocks 2 Racers Sonic Racing(cart)/Asphalt 6(arcade)/Reckless Getaway(top-down) Strategy Battleheart/Legendary Wars RPG Aurum Blade/Chaos Rings Platformer Pizza Boy/Miss Claire Garden/League of Evil/Ready Action Tower Defense Sentinel 3/Tiny Heroes/Tower Defense Lost Earth Endless Runners/Climbers Temple Run/Jetpack Joyride/Rogue Runner/Mechanic Panic Dual Stick Shooters Infinity Field Shumps Phoenix/R-Type Ok. Well, that's way more than you asked for already and I could probably name a dozen more that have maintained a home on my iPod Touch due to their greatness. I liked things like Dead Space and Chinatown Wars, but I also generally am drawn to short-play session type games when it comes to iOS gaming.
I'm with the guy who likes to show off iPhone games. That said - Xtreme Wheels and KoF-i are my favorites to play and/or boast about. Haha. Also ShadowGun is my new favorite shooter. All 3 mentioned are spectacles to behold on a handheld device. I'm not too big on casual games to be honest. JJ doesn't suit my tastes but I'm not going to go trolling the threads about it.. Haha
Have to go for Modern Combat 2 only for the multiplayer. Contre Jour is my favourite casual one though, thanks to the incredible artwork and atmosphere... Btw: haven't played FIFA 12 long enough yet, but this could be top-3 too...
Favourite game ever? I love Infinity Blade, and Phoenix HD. Both have great graphics and style of gameplay
Without a doubt, Run. Eaten up so many hours. In class . Huge fan of Super 7 on the iPad as well. Both very addicting and simple games.
