How many of you are tired of seeing a new game being released and going to the app store to check the reviews, and seeing that the game got some good reviews, but when you click on the reviewer you just know its bs. Mysteriously all the reviewers only rate and play games by that one developer, or the other games they rate are all free. Are they fooling anyone? I doubt it, but I'm still sick of it and I know you are too so list their names/companies here whenever you spot one.
Could probably start a public or maybe even private group...that way only people really interested would have access to the info. Although I guess a private group would defeat the purpose of making the public aware of the shillers.

Any developer that makes garbage like fart apps, or any developer that creates an app with zero creativity (basically entirely copying ideas, images, etc), deserves to be on that blacklist and banned from the store.
This is definitely not always true. This is commonly true with games that are not too well known or have "hype," but for gameloft?, or any other big game companies, there's no need to do this since it already has the elements to attract people and write an honest review.
Yeah I'm not buying that Gameloft shills either, they have no reason to, they have a ton of loyal customers because they make mostly decent games. Of course you can prove me wrong with evidence... Anyway here's one that I know of and am kind of disappointed about... Skyworks
How about a thread of companies/devs that should keep the public more updated (seriously its not that hard to log on twitter and let the fans know what your doing) *cough* AghartaStudios
They have posted on TA this month. http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?p=349059#post349059 Edit: They have updated their twitter account this month.. did you not see it?
Honest developers with good games don't need to leave fake misleading reviews. So over 95% of the time devs with good games aren't gonna resort to shilling. So that leaves bad or mediocre or copycat games by devs who rely on creating fake 5-star deceiving reviews to make more money instead of waiting for real reviews from real customers. Is TA supposed to care if devs who shill get mad at them? Chances are they aren't producing a good game anyway if they have to resort to fake reviews instead of real ones. And chances are that TA doesn't support bad games.
Golly gosh this month, really? Can't wait til next month! And yes I've seen them both, I check all devs' twitter, here, and pocketgamer all religiously lol
That's different. THe reviewer was being open about who he was and who he worked for by using "Gamevil inc" as a name. Not as bad as someone in disguise trying to pretend to be a regular customer.
