Little Soldiers HD is a strategic problem solving game. Players take control of one or more little soldiers to try and complete missions by navigating hostile environments and escaping with their lives. I could write a big description of the gameplay and features, but this really isn't that kind of post. I know some people here enjoy following a games development so I wanted to let you know that we've started a blog to follow the development of Little Soldiers HD. We expect the game to be complete sometime in late November and possibly early December and as much as possible we will share our progress and information about the game on the blog. http://www.fruht.com/LittleSoldiers ***UPDATED CONTENT*** So, we asked around to find out how we could improve our dev blog and the feedback we received was that people really want to see the process of the games development, not just the resulting artifacts. So with that in mind we've been a lot more transparent with our posts, talking about problems we encounter and how we solved them, what worked and what didn't. I suspect that this might be more intersting to other iPhone game developers out there, but I know gamers are often intersted in the game development process as well. We try to post every weekday. We've added the ability to post comments using Facebook, Twitter, or OpenID credentials on the blog and also a button to retweet any post that you think your followers might be interested in. Progress continues every day, we can't wait to start showing some gameplay examples.
OMG! This brings back memories. There was a very basic build of this game on cydia, back in the days. This was one of the first apps I ever downloaded on my original iPhone. Good times
