Sash-O Well-Known Member Feb 13, 2015 1,570 0 0 Germany #4 Sash-O, Aug 5, 2015 Ok, played the first 10 levels & I have to say it's a great game so far. You have different monsters and each of them has special abilities to get rid of the Buga Brothers. In the beginning you start with one monster and you have to learn how to use their powers. There is a menu with a question mark on the right side of the screen that you can click to see some tips. It shows you the powers of your monsters and your enemies. A few levels later the others will join you (I'm at level 10 and the fourth monster & 3rd enemy type are still to come) & you have to combine their abilities to get to the exit. The first one can attack the enemies directly, the second one can make the enemies fall asleep & the third one has a larger attack range. If you die you can start directly by hitting the rewind button. There are 30 levels, but at the start screen there's a shopping cart that says "coming soon" if you click it. New levels maybe? It's a cute little puzzler, with adorable graphics! I'm a sucker for games like that. I don't know why, but the style & sounds remind me of games like Gesundheit!, Monster Flip & Jelly Defense. So it's very cartoonish & cute. And the sound the monsters make, when the exit is ready.....wooooohhh! So I would recommend this game if you like puzzlers...and it's only 0.99€, so what can go wrong? slewis7 Well-Known Member Apr 6, 2011 3,775 41 48 Male Retired! I'm at level 16 at the moment and it's getting more difficult. I hope there will be more levels. y2kmp3 Well-Known Member Jun 25, 2010 1,784 3 38 #7 y2kmp3, Aug 5, 2015 Sash-O, I am curious, in large part because slewis7 (whom I greatly respect) took interest in this game. Are they multiple ways to solve each level? Does the game reward the use of "optimal" solution (if such exists)? slewis7 Well-Known Member Apr 6, 2011 3,775 41 48 Male Retired! Houston, TX #8 slewis7, Aug 5, 2015 Blushing. I have only played a few levels so far and the game seems interesting. At least early on, there is no move counter involved. Those super cute graphics are nice too. Will post more later. Sash-O Well-Known Member Feb 13, 2015 1,570 0 0 Germany #9 Sash-O, Aug 6, 2015 Hi y2kmp3, You can destroy your enemies from different sides in some levels. But it seems that there is only one right solution. If one of your monsters dies, a rewind button appears and you can start directly over with a new try. No loading screen whatsoever. Later on the levels are getting more difficult and you have to combine their powers to solve them. I didn't stop the time, but I think some of them took me like 10-12 minutes?! There is no rewarding system or something like that. When you finish a level, you're going right to the next one. In some levels you're getting in a rush, fighting through a corridor with two of your monsters and clear the path for the other two. I have fun with it...and it deserves more attention in my opinion! slewis7 Well-Known Member Apr 6, 2011 3,775 41 48 Male Retired! Houston, TX #10 slewis7, Aug 6, 2015 I have played through the first 13 levels and I would say the difficulty is pretty minimal. However, I am still really enjoying the game.you can't go wrong here for just a dollar. slewis7 Well-Known Member Apr 6, 2011 3,775 41 48 Male Retired! While the puzzles themselves and the variety in them were just good and not great, the whimsical and charming implementation of the graphics, animations, and sounds effects raise this game to another level. I sure hope I see more from this development team. I thoroughly enjoyed Picorama and wish there was more. maatonmies New Member Aug 13, 2015 2 0 0 #12 maatonmies, Aug 13, 2015 Thank you slewis7 for all the attention!
