I'm also waiting and wondering about this game. I bought it also and would love to be able to actually play it.

Did the description say ipod touch 4th gen ? If it did you could probably get your money back.

But either way if people contact the makers of Lili from their website (or their contact details on itunes) it'll help much more

You should be able to get your money back then, i bought the Walking Dead when it first came out as it said ipod 4th gen, after lots of people moaned it kept crashing they then took that off the app description !

I complained to Apple, eventually got my money back.

It says right at the top of the description that it does not support 4th gen touch "yet". So they're planning support. I think people just want to know how long yet will last. And obviously only the devs can answer that.

It didn't say that when I bought it. They only added that a few days after the release. I really do hope they fix it soon though. :)

Exactly i've seen that happen a few times which is bad, you should complain to Apple or if not you'll have to play the waiting game. The more people who contact them to ask about the game on ipod 4th gen there 'might' be a chance, worth a quick email

100% you'll get your money back, since clearly this is mis-advertising. I even got my money back when I accidentally bought something on another of my accounts that I already have on a previous account. Technically there's no way to prove I own both accounts, but Apple was nice and refunded anyways.
Wrong compatibility description is everywhere in the appstore. I've seen hundreds of apps that says it supports older devices but clearly it doesn't.
So request a refund, you'll get to keep your game anyways. Think of the refund as a compensation fee for keeping you waiting.
