Hello everyone, we are Three Legged Egg. We've been working on a new game, Sky Tourist, for about a year now, and we want to start getting the word out to everyone in the iOS community. We are getting close to the submission date for apple, so now is about the time to start sharing! Sky Tourist is a puzzleÂ… platformer? Not quite, but almost there, at least there are puzzles, but running and jumping are not part of the fun here! You play as Petey Pendant as he is propelled into the sky to collect cubelets, take pictures and solve puzzles to get to the end of his journey. All the while dangling from a rope! You must control Petey as he swings about on a rope between two rockets. As he ascends through the various terrains of some peculiar planets, be wary of the many traps and hostile inhabitants trying to protect their planetary treasures from outsiders! We'll be showing more images from Sky Tourist in the coming days, as well as video footage!
This games looks awesome. It's definitely on my watch list. I do think you put this thread in the wrong forum though.

The concept reminds me of one of the best physics puzzlers on iOS, Contre Jour. Are the controls about moving the rockets on the left and right while Petey Pendant is on freefall while attached to the rope?
Thanks everyone for the kind words! It is much appreciated and is a moral booster for the final development days we need to get through. Yes, this is about what the controls are. The rockets do not have a fuel capacity, as there are a lot of puzzles in the game as you are flying about. We wanted to let the player have enough time to solve the puzzles and not worry about their fuel.

Gameplay footage is finally here! We have been working hard on getting a good gameplay video to everyone. Its been rough working on the game and making something presentable, but we managed. Now we can show you the first world, Plumia, in action! You must be warry of the locals when traveling in this planet. Poison darts are the favorite tool to keep intruders at bay, as well as giants that will throw rocks on your head!
Plumia Screens We wanted to follow-up with yesterdays post with some stills of planet Plumia. Some people are not able to view videos at certain times, or would just like to take a closer look, so we hope this helps! Be careful, poison darts will knock you off your rope and you'll have to start from your latest checkpoint! It seems the locals have built some totems to their gods... Spike traps and flying boulders?! This doesn't look good... These sticks seem a bit unstable...
Footage from Planet Platory Platory is an industrial planet, with its own set of rules. The locals are a bit more aggressive in this area and many of them carry machine guns or other forms of heavy weaponry. It is not without a reason they like to keep outsiders at bay. Their casino and moon-shining industries have created many profits and they believe it must be shielded from the rest of the galaxy to protect their riches from being plundered. Fortunately, you're only here to see the wonderful mechanical sites of this rigid rock. Things are a bit more tricky to get to the top of the sights on Platory compared to Plumia. There are many armed guards and watchmen that will close doors in your face if you are are not quick enough to traverse the terrain! More footage from the game, including the 3rd planet in Sky Tourist will be coming soon!

Footage from Planet Protor We've been working hard on wrapping the game up to get it to the app store, which should happen soon! In the mean time we wanted to leave everyone with some footage from the 3rd planet in Sky Tourist, Planet Protor! This spotless white planet has a technologically advanced people on it, but that does not mean they are friendly. Here you will encounter a plethora of laser traps and a diligent police force. This will cause a lot of time based puzzles to be a bit more intense. At this point in the game we expect the players to be quite comfortable with the controls, as the first 50 levels (75 levels in total for the whole game) on the other 2 planets should give you good practice! We'll back back soon to announce a release date for everyone!
Character Customizations There is more to spend your cubelets on than new worlds to visit in Sky Tourist ! You will be able to customize your character with your favorite costumes in game! Here is a preview of the suits you will find in your adventures! Each of these suits has their own pair of rockets to match them as well. We are still putting together other images of those and we will share them with you all soon!

There's only a few Physics puzzlers that have taken me from first look, and this one seems to be on the right track. Cant wait to play this!
This is quite possibly the most original concept for an iOS game I've seen this year. *Inhales breath of fresh air*. Lovely graphics too.
