With tons of Kart Racers out on the App Store, it's hard to keep track of them. I only know of a few: Cocoto Kart, Shrek Kart, Cro-Mag Rally, Crash Bandicoot 3D, and Krazy Kart Racing. Are there anymore out there? I really enjoy Kart Racing games similar to Mario Kart.
There is Zombie Karts, which is very much like SNES Mario Kart, and Blood Kart Racing, which is top-down and very different from the rest...
Those are the standard ones, have all of them. Wait, I remembered one! Planet 51 racing I think, official companion of the movie.
None of them. App store kart racers are remarkably stupid, slow, clunky, and unimpressive. Name one quality kart racer one the app store that is the worth the (usually expensive) price and keeps you entertained for a long period of time. Name one. The only car game of note on the app store is Jet Car Stunts, which is not a kart racer but is an excellent game that I highly recommend.
Here are a few racing games I enjoy. These are not Kart Racers though. Jet Car Stunts, Parcel Panic, NFS: Shift, Asphalt 5, and Driver. But that's just me.

I bought Cocoto when it first came out and have been very happy with it. If you got the Free version, then it's only a buck to add multiplayer, which matches the original sale price. A good deal, IMHO.
