      There's an app called Hardest Game that stole the icon of Radio Flare Redux. Smh

      Haha. That is excellent. How cheap. But I bet we won't get rich if we sue them.

      In other news, our company "studio radiolaris" (that made REDUX) merged with our partner game developers from Broken Rules. So there will be no more radiolaris games but bigger better Broken Rules titles, e.g. the last game was a WiiWare title called "And Yet It Moves".

      You'd believe there might be a kind of routine check when apps from different devs end up with the same icon.

      Oh well... What do I know.

      It'd be interesting to have "And yet it moves" on the iPhone. I would suggest at least sending a C&D letter to them, otherwise you might see more apps and games using the icon.

      Well I would avoid send a C&D to not tempt them send back a bill for paying the publicity. :D

      Let's say ... that could happen.

      I don't know if it is worth _any_ hassle. And we've prepared a new icon for the next update anyway. It's just a handful of bugs from being finished ;-)

      I noticed that, I'm sure there are much less inconspicuous icons to steal than that of Redux.

      What I meant was: The ACT of stealing other's icons is saying that you have no artistic ability.
