Argh ok I figured out what it was. We had a bundle with the game and Apple would let it go free but then pop it back because of the bundle. That's entirely my mistake and since we were working a con over the weekend I didn't check sooner. I dropped the bundle and as penance for being a dumbass I'll make the game free for another two days. Sorry everyone!
