Finally! I want this game to fill the one problem with all of my current games: the lack of animated blood covering my ipod touch screen!

 

Hmm. Looks fake. A good fake.

Enemy sprite is the same over and over again but flipped and reduced in size and the barrel flash is just reduce in size.
Lack of any information except for the 3 screenshots makes it even more suspicious.

 

That's how you do it in every game

Those screens look awful. Like some bad web pop-up add game. Not digging it.
