BulletDev is DEVELOPING games. It looks like he really hooked up with Chillingo for his game. I say GREAT choice!
It says they're now publishing anything somebody comes to them with, but right now they're developing Bullet Skater.
Finally! Chillingo has made the announcement! Yes, we are going to be publishing Bullet Skater with Chillingo, to raise the probability of success. We are also going to be publishing games through ourselves, such as an upcoming "Tag" type game in June along with possibilities of flash ports. I'm excited!
