I want a good RPG for my iPod, but don't know what to buy. I'm wondering about The Quest Gold, or should I buy something else?
I'd get The Quest Gold and the newest expansion Mithril Horde. Best $13 you can spend on the app store.
if you're into action RPGs, get seed as it's free. not excellent but hey, it's free! then wait for caligo chaser by Com2us. perhaps the best action RPG in my opinion
Ok. That sounds good. I was really dissapointed when I bought Ravensword I will buy The Quest Gold then.
Zenonia is also nice, although it gets repetitive. The Quest is a good buy Also, wait for an RPG by quantumsquid, also Legion of Amon..if it ever comes out
I already have seed, But Inotia 2 was much better, though seed was free. If you like seed, then Inotia 2 is a good deal.
I suggest downloading Lites for The Quest and Undercroft and trying them. You can transfer your saves into the full game, so you won't have to re-start if you chose to pick either up. I personally didn't like any ARPGs on the platform that I got to try - neither the controls nor the tactical aspect is there yet, IMHO.
Yes, Zenonia got very boring after a while. To be honest, I have never completed any og these games, except Ravensword.
Wolfenstein RPG is the only one I liked enough to finish. Probably not the best one though. I thought Zenonia was terrible
Ok I dont normally recommended games to you but I think this is worth the mentioning, this game is called Crusade of Destiny. This game is a real full RPG game for the iDevices. This game is long so you will be stuck on this for awhile, this the only game I play to my battery run out. You will spend atleast 40+ hours on it.. I could post screenies but I dont have much time, heres a link to the site DVide Arts which have pics and game trailers. I purchased the game when it was 5 bucks now its on sale at a dollar which kinda make me mad but this game is great and I think we should support him, he is a one man dev team and he made a full console quality game. Thank you. ; ) Mithril Horde is a very exotic scenario and based on Indonesia and Indonesian ghost stories/monsters. : ) We hope to do Horde II this year, with even more exotic monsters and quests. : ) Mithril Horde standalone is only 2.99. : ) It was free for awhile to introduce the Horde series. We have three series: HOL HORDE and now coming soon ROID : ) for the Quest.
