My computer recently crashed and I lost everything in my iTunes library. We dumped the hard drive on it and rebooted it and now I won't let my sync my apps onto the computer. I really don't want to pay $30 to have an Apple guy call me so does anyone have any suggestions on what to do? I really need to install some new betas but I can't because it just deletes everything on my itouch.
Not sure if you can use this to copy apps from your iPod Touch, but you may want to give it a whirl. It will certainly allow you to copy other media into your computer.
Well look on the bright side, you've gotten nearly all of those apps from promo codes so you haven't lost any money.
I've only gotten roughly 5 apps from promo codes. I have blown roughly $250 on iTunes money to buy apps. If you don't have any advice then you don't need to be here.

Warranty period is a year. Complimentary phone support is, I believe, 90 days. Their email response system is actually quite good and usually results in a response in a couple of days, max. If you happen to be in the vicinity of an Apple Store, you can always go to the genius bar for free. Best thing to do, though, is to pay for AppleCare (about $85 US), which covers you for 3 years and provides unlimited phone support. Battery replacement is also free during that period. @BeastlyNinja: Did you try PhoneView (or it's PC equivalent)?
