I've already got updates planned in the future, but right now... I'm gonna take a nap. BLESS YOUR FACES! When the Wizard of Darkness awakened, it was up to one man to defeat him. When that man was accidentally killed by one idiot, Tobuscus (or "person of extremely low intelligence" - gently put), the responsibility of becoming an AWESOME WIZARD fell onto him... by default! GAME FEATURES: - Play as Tobuscus and unlock new spells, wands, and potions as you level up! - Battle tons of zombies, liches, and other evil creatures on 20 different maps across the Frozen Forest and Molten Mountains! - Upgrade your Tower and Wizard Gear... or else you'll probably die! - Draw ancient symbols on your screen to cast spells... ancient like, uhm... a triangle! Or a swirly circle-y thingy to create a huge tornado, allowing you to tilt your touchscreen Spellbook to tell the wind where to spin, hurling zombies into the outer atmosphere and almost out of the screen into REALITY ITSELF! - Exclusive animated scenes that will bring you into the game in a way no other game has ever done as awesomely anywhere ever before! - Launch your faithful dog that trusts you - Gryphon - from a cannon directly into battle to plant bombs and explode herds of zombies! - Gabuscus is also in the game. (He made me include this.) By downloading this game, you are agreeing to our terms of service which can be found at http://tobuscusgame.com/tou.html and our privacy policy which can be found at http://tobuscusgame.com/privacy_policy.html **IMPORTANT** | PLEASE DO NOT BUY THE GAME UNLESS YOU HAVE AN iPhone 4S OR ABOVE. Unfortunately due to processing limitations, WIZARDS will not run well on the iPhone 4 or below. Taeles Well-Known Member Patreon Silver Aug 5, 2011 1,253 37 48 #7 Taeles, Mar 20, 2015 Gameplay is entertaining, not sure I like the premium price / iap double dipping present (iap packs hit as high as 49.99). Iap is being awarded based on star earning on stages. Game is funny though, cut scenes hilarious heh. chaos_envoys Well-Known Member Jan 1, 2011 1,330 0 36 Medical Doctor Pokke Village, Indonesia #8 chaos_envoys, Mar 20, 2015 Can we play this offline? Another head scratcher, been out for what? 2 days? Over 500 5 star reviews already. And not one single comment in them about the IAP+ premium model here. Given the rule of thumb regarding vocal complainers vs silent enjoyed of any game, this feels sketchy to me. I am going to wish list it and see what happens. I love premium priced games but not combined with the usual IAP because it doesn't feel real. And then combine it with all the "reviews?" I really hate to be this way but I dunno smells funny. To add to the previous points of 'something's not right here' I'll mention that the Australian AppStore has around 40 five star reviews and a good majority of them all use the wording 'freaking/friken/fruken awesome', plus the same worded terms and language. Odd. Also, before the detailed iap list shows up in the AppStore, someone has to make a purchase within the game. And in the Aus store at least no one has made a single one. That could be seen as a very good thing or something that doesn't make much sense... I really like the look of this and the game might be incredibly fun, which 90% of my intuition tells me is true. Either way eventually we'll find out what the story is because games normally get called out very quickly around here with so many passionate gamers all in one place. Edit: ahh what the hell, seems legit, I'm in. Edit2: aaaaaaaand what a huge load of poop this is. Yes the humour is pretty good but the gameplay IMO is completely crap. The main mechanic is touching an enemy then drawing a spell using fairly unresponsive gestures, tapping on gold or mana then double tapping on other stuff. Yawn. Then you die and get asked if you want to respawn for 4 gems. I expected so much from this, maybe too much, and received nothing that satisfies in a gaming sense whatsoever. I guess the 7 gazillion 5 star reviews are from early teens who just love Tobuscus from YouTube. My first regretful purchase in a long time, glad there's so many other proper games that will remove this one from my memory ASAP. This is only my thoughts on the game and I'm sure others will gush over it but I'd rather play 'Snake' on my old Nokia than load this up again gaymerX Well-Known Member Dec 30, 2014 280 0 16 #14 gaymerX, Mar 20, 2015 To be fair, this game is based on a popular property. I've never heard of it myself, but I looked up Tobuscus and it's definitely a known IP. So I can see the reasoning behind all the high reviews. Also the reviews do point out bugs and problems with the game, but most fans will still give it 5 stars. I'll wait and see as well though.
