Accessing records of returned apps?

Discussion in 'Public Game Developers Forum' started by wemakegames, Feb 11, 2011.

  1. I was looking into the process of getting a refund for an app and I noticed that an iTunes user needs to fill out a form describing the problem in order for Apple to process the return. Does anyone know if there is anywhere a developer can view a log of the forms users have filled out? Not with personal information or anything but just to get an idea of the feedback users are giving. Anyone have any experience with this? TIA! :)

Unfortunately thats not possible. All you get is the number of returns in your iTunes account and the normal app feedback.
