It's like a mix of a runner and an "avoidance/evade" game like Fireball SE. What it lacks in deep mechanics is a charming presentation, and a no-stress gameplay. I'd like to think of it as yet another 29th birthday -- though sadly, that 69 in my user name is the year I was born. Sadly, I got the update notification (which made it seem like a content update for Valentine's Day). So yet another app that people paid for and now get stuck with the freemium model. As far as size, even the original 45 MB had an additonal download after installing that put it over 200 MB. sink_or_swim Well-Known Member Feb 4, 2012 3,504 5 38 Germany #14 sink_or_swim, Feb 14, 2014 Well it was a content update, there are now 64 levels instead of 32. But also ads and new IAP Infinity89 Well-Known Member Apr 8, 2013 2,170 0 36 #15 Infinity89, Feb 14, 2014 I still haven't updated it yet so what should I do??? awp69 Well-Known Member Oct 30, 2009 8,249 0 36 Greenville, SC #16 awp69, Feb 14, 2014 Guess it depends on if you want the new levels. Ironically, since I got the game off the NZ store before the update was out, I have no ads. So I would assume that anyone updating an existing version won't get them either. But all the other freemium components are there -- respawns, new IAPs, etc. I know if I had paid for it, I wouldn't be too happy about it. As I mentioned in the Dead Effect thread, games that go freemium need to have a separate app. This was a $3 game and to screw with the people that played it is just wrong. Even though I did not pay for this game, this is another dev I need to put on my do not buy list. I was trying to find out if Namco Bandai just was the publisher or if they also developed it.
