Hi everyone, Sorry for the silly questions, but this is my first game I'm developing, and a friend told me about Touch Arcade. I read through the rules, however, I still have some questions. 1) What's the difference between Public Developer vs Private Developer? 2) What's the difference between posting here vs posting on the Upcoming iPad subforum? (my game will be iPad only). Thanks in advance!
1) The private forum is a bit filtered, normally it should only be visible by devs (but that's not the case). This is where you'll post things that you don't want player to see, but only devs. When you have something to prove that you are a dev, you could ask a moderator to make you a dev. For now, don't worry, this forum is empty and you are not missing anything. 2) This forum is for development discusion (mostly read by other dev), but the upcoming forums is where you'll start to 'advertise' your game to players.
