If you are like us you might find fishing to be boring, this game isn't about traditional fishing. No! This is about zapping, stunning and reaching the bottom as you decide which power up each fish should get. Why does it matter? Because you are going to stack those fishes which decides which power is activated. Can you collect all three stars? Can you get to the next level? Can you save up enough gold coins and unlock new abilities for Marty? The game uses simple controls and elements but adds strategic depth using crystal colors, different fish is used to achieve different results such as gathering coins or reaching the top to get one of the star etc. We didn't market the game when it was released but are getting some help getting the game noticed again, so far there is only one review on the internet and several mores coming to ensure people know about this fun addictive game. Absolutely awesome game. Kind of like a level based RF. (but very different over all) Applicusas Member Jun 30, 2013 9 0 0 #3 Applicusas, Jun 30, 2013 First of all, thank you for your support and recommendation. We want to apologize for lack of new content and updates, the simple truth is we didn't get enough sale and have after release ended up working on other jobs to support ourselves. Luckily we have some new people helping us out and trying to get the word about so this game will become a success. If the sales increases slowly/rapidly so we can afford the original developer on this specific project, then we have a few ideas of what we want to do for you. On another note, as you know there has been no review the last 6 months as the developers were inexperienced in handling press and marketing. The good news is there will be popping up some reviews over the weeks now. Here is one of the latest review: http://www.chom.com/blog/girlsongames/blogentry.aspx?BlogEntryID=10562824 Please find us on twitter @applicusas or facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Applicus Spread the word and we will forever be grateful for your time and effort as our ambassador. Applicusas Member Jun 30, 2013 9 0 0 #10 Applicusas, Jul 1, 2013 Thank you so much for your encouraging feedback, may we ask what made you try out the game? Yes, the colored fish is an essential strategic element in reaching the top as Zapstacker. We hope you will recommend the game to your peers. Devs. Tell me you are not planning to make it freemium in the near future and I will happily buy it. I'm saying because two games I bought recently went free several days after I bought them and that really annoyed me, so I'm cautious now. Applicusas Member Jun 30, 2013 9 0 0 #12 Applicusas, Jul 1, 2013 Last edited: Jul 1, 2013 Thank you for finding the game interesting and fun. Originally the cost of this game is going to return to 1.99$ if the sales drop, which sounds odd right? So as long as people like you recommend and become ambassador for the game, we wont have to go freemium to earn a living. But a few sales here and there doesn't help us fund our next project. The only chance we would be willing to consider freemium is if a publisher offered us upfront cash to expand the game, build more stuff and improve it further so the team didn't have to find other jobs on the side. So, right now we have no intention of going freemium as this game isn't designed to work as a freemium even though there is a coin purchase function, it was more of a learning process and experiment to see if anyone used it. But the game itself can be played without purchasing and there is no point in buying a coin bag unless you want to skip the gameplay and aim for highscore right away, faster. So, I can't promise anything because we do need money to continue development so what I can say is, as long as people like you show interest and spreads the word we won't go freemium. We simply value you more then anything else and we get motivated when people leave positive interest and we hope someone can help us market the game to the bigger audience as it is truly a good game. I hope it answers your question as we don't want to lie just to have you buy a copy nor do we want to promise anything. But since we can't afford to adapt to freemium we won't go freemium as it's not a freemium designed game and we are currently developing a PC title in our spare time. Applicusas Member Jun 30, 2013 9 0 0 #14 Applicusas, Jul 1, 2013 Thank you for leaving a reply and feedback. We understand that you wish the game should have been universal and we totally agree, this was the developers first title thus they didn't make it universal or a separate iPad version. What we can hope for is that the sales increase through recommendation by you, that our fans like you spread the word on twitter and facebook to help us with better publicity. Why? Because as soon as the sales can afford us to put the fulltime developer back into this game, we can add more content and work on the very useful and important suggestions that come our way. Unfortuantly, we are currently working on a PC title to increase our experience and hopefully earn more to make better games full time. But it is people like you that we appreciate and hope supports our game by talking about it to your friends. If it is meant to be a success it will and it will help us implement most of your requests. But to do so we need your help spreading the word. However one minor detail, when you drop your line, is it possible to swipe the top side of your device? Seems like my finger blocks lot of the fishes. Other than that, a very good game like RF, but with enough differences (IMO) to warrant a "like" game. If you like RF, you will enjoy this one.
