      I tried Kingdom of Loathing, and it seems to work fine on Safari....

      Are there other good browser based mmo or plain old rpg based games that work in Safari?

      have a look at Travian.com/.co.uk - servers based all over, so pic one that reflects where you live :)

      I've been told that if you jailbreak your device you can download a flash player and play any game like runescape or addictinggames.com

      All the games on Under Clouds are browser based. I'm not sure whether they are the type of games you're looking for but they are pretty good.
