This is incredible and all, but I wonder if they're going to do any game balancing? This game is notoriously difficult, and while playing the unofficial fan translation I had to use cheats to make my team invincible. The encounter rate was simply overwhelming. I hated it, but it was the only way to make the game bearable. I'm glad to see the game get an official English release but one this one of those games better left in the past unless it gets some kind of optional modernizations.
This is one of three SMT games I just could not possibly get through due to immense difficulty. And I mean I put in work as a man who is no slouch when it comes to this series, but the early titles are just brutally unfair. I hope this gets some balance changes on top of the translation otherwise nobody here is going to bother after a couple hours
