Im tempted to just main sagat, cammy cant do ANYTHING against a good guile, its ****ing ridiculous. Jump?-flashkick/low hard punch/f+k/air throw, build meter and jump over booms?-ex boom, chip damage?-not with cammy, walk up throw?-flashkick fadc. Maybe viper, hows the viper guile matchup?
guile match-up is reasonably good, viper has ways to get over (flame/superjump) and through (ex-flame/ex-knuckle) sonic booms. if they're in crouch defense, you don't have many other options, aside from trying to bait a flashkick with air-flames. you can also trade groundpounds for sonic booms, and cancel-recover in time. keepaway-dhalsims are giving me trouble, as are dictators with jumpkick-standingkick-standingkick. i've been running up against blankas all night -- some good, some not-so-good. a well-timed cross-up kick is messing with me -- the EX on wake-ups aren't coming out properly with the cross-ups.
Capcom is on top of things. They put those top two hackers in their place. Now TA is #1. Edit: Ninja'd
I would have played longer but we are on the same team and I think it doesn't add anything point wise when we fight each other. That and you started lagging
I'm 100% convinced Zangief's SPD range has been nerved. It's not even a close one, it's been reduced rather severely. I can't seem to get up to speed with Blanka. The ball damage hurts but the down kick being a sweep is killer for my combos. BTW: Balrog uses ultra at close range. My cody counters on reaction immediately with his ultra. Balrog's ultra's invincibility frames extend beyond the initiation frame of my ultra. Balrog's fast ultra beats my reaction one. WHAAAT.
So I had to completely redo the tier list as my old computer screwed up and I lost the file. Alot of these matchups are complete guesses as I couldnt be bothered looking through all the old posts to see what we had previously said about them, so if you think any matchup is wrong please say!

What made you think this is so? I think I'm still pulling off SPDs at the same maximum range as before. Because Gief is so slow, reducing his grab range imo would break him.
