So I have two of these things and I originally agreed to an embargo but since Kotaku let the cat out of the bag, Ten One Design is letting me talk about them early.

What games do you want me to test with them?

I humbly (but unashamedly!) suggest Red Nova. Might work well except for the whole upper quadrant control bits.

What works very well so far is any game that has any kind of floating virtual joystick. Games that have static control pad areas usually aren't that good because a lot of the time they're too close to the edge of the iPad for me to position the Fling for it to stick on with the suction cups on the bezel. Oddly enough, Gameloft games seem to work perfectly because you can easily customize the controls around where you want to position the Fling(s).

Some soccer game or Lego Harry Potter? Lego Harry Potter's joystick is annoying, so testing the Fling out with it would be good??

They look a whole lot nicer and more durable than those sticker things that were being talked about a little while back.

iPad only? I wonder if they will make smaller ones for the smaller devices.

Oh, nice. They opened the pre-orders a couple days early. I was annoyed this morning when it said I had to wait to pre-order. hmmm.. might just have test this out.

To call that thing a controller seems a bit of a stretch.

Hmm. If it were to come in a smaller size, would it be able to work on the iPhone/iPod Touch? Or would it seem too big on the smaller screen?

    Edit: Missed New England's post.

    How about Space Miner?

Do you think the suction cups would have any problem sticking to the screen with a powersupport antiglare film on it? It isn't quite slick like a bare screen.
